1879-CC $1 MS64 PCGS. This nearly brilliant Choice rare date Carson City dollar offers dazzling luster and a well preserved reverse. Faint grazes on the cheek are all that limit the grade. Most 1879-CC dollars were released into circulation at the time of issue, unlike the lower mintage but much more available 1881-CC and 1885-CC.(Registry values: P7, N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 253T, PCGS# 7086, GSID# 7450)
