1879-CC $1 MS 64 PCGS. Multiple layerings of mint frost blanket both sides of this silver-white example. The strike is nearly full and the surfaces are free of all but the most trivial bagmarks. The 1879-CC is the third rarest CC-mint Morgan dollar after the 1889-CC and 1893-CC.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 253T, PCGS# 7086, GSID# 7450)
