Meritorious Gem 1879-O Morgan Dollar
1879-O $1 MS65 NGC. This minimally toned Gem has exceptional luster and a virtually full strike. Only the occasional faint obverse graze denies an even higher third-party assessment. The 1879-O is plentiful in MS61 through MS64, but is difficult to secure in MS65.
