1880 $1 MS66 PCGS. The 1880 Morgan dollar is an available
date in lower Mint State grades, but coins at the Premium Gem level
are scarce. This piece is sharply struck, with only slight softness
showing on the hair above the ear. The surfaces are brilliant, with
satiny luster, and no mentionable marks are evident. Population: 80
