1880-CC $1 8 Over Low 7 MS65 PCGS. VAM-6. A Top 100 Variety. The "bar" from the 7 underdigit is plainly evident within the upper loop of the 8 and noticeably lower than the other overdate that has the bar placed higher. This issue is known for terrific mint luster, and this coin is certainly no exception.
