Gorgeous MS67 1880-CC Dollar

1880-CC $1 MS67 PCGS. The Carson City Morgan dollars released in the GSA sales have been prized for decades for their often-pristine conditions, the result of nearly a century of undisturbed rest on government grounds. Among the 1880-CC dollars that are virtually assured of a GSA origin, this Superb Gem is one of the best-preserved, powerfully lustrous with subtle gold-orange central patina and pale cloud-white toning over parts of the margins. Solidly struck with transcendent visual appeal. Neither NGC nor PCGS has graded a numerically finer representative (11/08).
