Billowing Luster and Strong Strike
1880-O $1 MS64+ PCGS. CAC. Creamy luster blankets pristine,
untoned surfaces with minimal abrasions. Strike is strong as well,
with minimal disruption to the uppermost strands of Liberty's hair
and the eagle's breast feathers. Mint State bags dispersed after
1946 have made this issue relatively common, though it was not seen
as rare prior to this.(Registry values: P6, N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2543, PCGS# 7114, Greysheet# 7474)
