Description
Radiant MS67 1881 Silver Dollar
1881 $1 MS67 NGC. The 1881 Philadelphia Morgan dollar was made to the extent of more than 9 million coins, and it is occasionally obtainable up to the Gem level. Even Premium Gems may be had for a price, but at the Superb Gem grade the issue becomes markedly elusive. The silver-white surfaces on this marvelous coin are completely devoid of color. Radiant cartwheel luster proceeds from softly frosted, satiny surfaces. Due to the paucity of mentionable abrasions, this piece almost seems to merit an even finer grade. Census: 4 in 67, 0 finer (2/10).From The JTR Collection.(Registry values: P4, N4719)
