1881-CC $1 MS65 NGC. CAC. Medium gray toning drapes the obverse, which contrasts sharply against the hazel toning around the perimeter of the highly reflective and lightly frosted reverse. A couple of tiny bagmarks are noted on each side, but are barely visible without magnification. Only 296,000 pieces were minted.(Registry values: P4, N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2547, PCGS# 7126, GSID# 7482)
