Deep Mirror Prooflike MS66 1881-CC Dollar

1881-CC $1 MS66 Deep Mirror Prooflike PCGS. Ex: DCT Collection. Here is a pleasing coin for the grade, with well-frosted devices that stand out from the mirrored fields. The coin is faintly toned almond-gold. Basically the same quality as encountered on proofs, although not quite as perfectly struck. The reverse has a few trivial specks, not unexpected for a coin of this period. Worthy of a top-notch collection. Population: 43 in 66, 1 finer (8/08).
