1881-O $1 MS65 PCGS. Virtually brilliant, although a hint of gold toning is present. Precisely struck and thoroughly lustrous with impressively smooth surfaces. This New Orleans issue is common in bagmarked Uncirculated grades, but only 12 examples have been graded above MS65 by PCGS (12/09).(Registry values: P4, N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2548, PCGS# 7128, GSID# 7484)
