Description
Lustrous 1882-O/S Dollar, MS64, VAM-4
1882-O/S $1 MS64 PCGS. Ex: Larry Shapiro Collection. VAM-4. A Top-100 Variety. A diagonal, recessed crossbar within the O mintmark confirms the variety, as do parallel die polishing lines within the confines of Liberty's ear, and two short lines from the edge of Liberty's hair below the upper end of the cap band. Both sides of this near-Gem are awash in luster, and color free. Nicely struck, with just a few grade-defining marks. PCGS has seen a solitary piece finer (7/07).From The Arnold & Harriet Collection, Part Two.(Registry values: P5, N2998)
