Description

1883-CC Dollar, MS67
Intricately Detailed and Thickly Frosted

1883-CC $1 MS67 PCGS. A Superb type coin from the Carson City mint. This is a brilliant example that shows the expected fullness of strike with intricate detailing over Liberty's ear and fully articulated breast feathers on the eagle. Also as expected, the mint luster is thick and frosted, a common trait of CC coins of all denominations. The surfaces lack any mentionable marks, after all this is an MS67, and magnification is required to discern even the smallest luster grazes.(Registry values: P2, N2998)
