1884 $1 MS67 NGC. Butter-gold toning visits the rims of this lustrous and well impressed Superb Gem. Uncommonly clean fields and devices confirms the lofty third party grade. The 1884 has a mintage of more than 14 million pieces, and perhaps 20,000 examples have been certified as Mint State, but few of those can compare the present nearly pristine coin.
