Extraordinary 1884-CC Morgan Dollar, Superb Gem
1884-CC $1 MS67 NGC. While the 1884-CC is one of the most common Carson City Morgan dollars in almost all grades, it is seldom seen in Superb Gem and is virtually impossible to locate any finer. A few wispy luster grazes keep this outstanding piece from being flawless. The strike is nearly full and the eye appeal is spectacular. PCGS has certified just three examples finer and NGC reports none above MS67 (8/08).(Registry values: P2, N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 254M, PCGS# 7152, GSID# 7524)
