Remarkable Mint State 1884-S Dollar
1884-S $1 MS60 NGC. Though it is not a condition rarity in Mint State to the same extent as, say, the 1901, the 1884-S Morgan dollar is nonetheless elusive with no trace of wear. Though numerous light marks and wispy abrasions affect each side of the present coin, the faintly gray-tinged silver-white surfaces retain full luster.(Registry values: P9, N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 254P, PCGS# 7156, GSID# 7528)
