Description
1885-CC $1 MS64 Deep Mirror Prooflike ANACS. The near-brilliant surfaces display just a whisper of dappled gold patina around the rims. The motifs stand out against deeply mirrored fields, especially when the coin is tilted beneath a light source, adding to its eye appeal. The design features are generally well struck, except for weakness in the hair overlying Liberty's ear. Minor luster grazes on Liberty's cheek and neck and in the left (facing) obverse field limit the grade.(Registry values: P4, N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 254S, PCGS# 97161, GSID# 7737)
