Description

1885-CC $1 MS66 PCGS. The 1885-CC Morgan dollar boasts a low mintage of 228,000 pieces, but most of the mintage was stored in bank vaults and released in the 1960s and '70s. The present coin is well, but not fully struck, with just a touch of softness on the hair and eagle's breast. The surfaces are brilliant and lustrous with outstanding eye appeal.(Registry values: P4, N1793)
