Description

Intensely Lustrous MS67 1885-CC Dollar

1885-CC $1 MS67 NGC. The low mintage of the 1885-CC will always be a lure for collectors, but truth be told, this issue is many times rarer in circulated grades than in mint condition. Not so in Superb condition, though. This is an immaculate coin that shows bright, swirling cartwheel luster. Brilliant, except for a razor-thin accent of golden color over the denticles. Census: 47 in 67, 5 finer (6/07).
