1886-O $1 MS63 PCGS. CAC. The 1886-O Morgan dollar is quite scarce in higher Mint State grades, and Q. David Bowers considers MS63 an Optimal Collecting Grade for the issue. The present coin is an attractive Select specimen, with subtle, satiny mint luster and well struck devices.
