Description

Lustrous 1886-O Morgan, MS63

1886-O $1 MS63 PCGS. Despite its heavy production of more than 10.7 million pieces, the 1886-O is scarce in Mint State, and becomes one of the keys to the series at the MS65 level. The centers are softly defined, as usual for a New Orleans dollar from the era, but the luster is comprehensive, and the medium rose-gold toning is attractive.(Registry values: P8, N1793)
