Colorful Choice 1887/6-O Dollar
1887/6-O $1 MS64 PCGS. VAM-3. A Top 100 Variety. Medium golden-brown, plum-gray, and ocean-blue endow much of the obverse, although the cheek and left obverse field are nearly brilliant. The reverse is untoned aside from an occasional wisp of tan-gold. The eagle's breast and the hair above the ear are typically struck for this scarce Guide Book VAM.(Registry values: P6, N4719)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 254B, PCGS# 7178, GSID# 7542)
