1887-S $1 MS65 PCGS. CAC. Wafts of golden and steel-blue toning accent the mostly silver-gray surfaces of this impeccably preserved specimen. A few pin-sized abrasions do not affect the stunning cartwheel luster. It would be difficult to locate a nicer example of this issue. NGC and PCGS combined have certified just 27 examples finer (8/09). Encapsulated in a green-label PCGS holder.(Registry values: P6, N2998)
