    Description

1887-S $1 MS65 PCGS. CAC. Although moderately plentiful in MS65, the 1887-S silver dollar is a rarity any finer. The present CAC-endorsed Gem displays well-struck design elements and frosty cartwheel luster. Mottled olive-gold, lavender-blue, and champagne-gray toning gives both sides original eye appeal. PCGS lists 32 numerically finer submissions (8/16).(Registry values: P6, N2998)
