Frosty 1888-S Morgan Dollar, MS65
1888-S $1 MS65 PCGS. This frosty Gem has fully brilliant silver surfaces with a trace of high point tan color on the obverse. Otherwise, both sides are entirely untoned. It is a trifle weak over Liberty's ear as usual, with sharp details elsewhere. A lovely piece with few finer examples, only 20 at PCGS (12/09).(Registry values: P6, N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2557, PCGS# 7186, GSID# 7552)
