1889-CC $1 AU58 NGC. This Borderline Uncirculated key-date Carson City Morgan has minimally abraded slate-gray surfaces. The centers display only a whisper of friction, and the cartwheel luster is close to complete. Unlike other CC-mint issues from the 1880s, the 1889-CC never emerged in any quantity from the GSA hoard.(Registry values: P9, N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2559, PCGS# 7190, GSID# 7554)
