Choice XF Key Date 1889-CC Morgan Dollar
1889-CC $1 XF45 PCGS. The 1889-CC issue has long been touted as one of the key dates in the Morgan dollar series, and rightfully so. Only 350,000 pieces were struck, and survivors are scarce at all grade levels. This Choice XF example has relatively clean, pearl-gray surfaces, with traces of peripheral color and typical highpoint wear for the grade.
