Select 1889-CC Morgan With Prooflike Surfaces
1889-CC $1 MS 63 Prooflike NGC. The glassy, reflective fields are not uncommon for this issue, but the level of surface preservation is of the utmost importance for high quality specialists. A crisply impressed Morgan, the central highpoints are equally as sharp as the more recessed areas of the design. There are scattered bagmarks on both sides, and the surfaces are untoned with the exception of tan haziness in the upper obverse and reverse fields.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2559, PCGS# 7191, GSID# 7555)
