1889-O $1 MS63 Deep Mirror Prooflike PCGS. Outstanding reflectivity with mild contrast, thanks to a touch of frost on the well struck devices. The grade is due to wispy marks more than significant abrasions, though the eagle does show one such abrasion on its body.
