1890 $1 MS65 PCGS. Scintillating luster across untoned surfaces. Without the aid of magnification we find no distractions worthy of mention. Overall, this specimen exhibits the qualities of a coin grading even finer. Astonishingly, as of (2/10) PCGS has certified only two 1890-P dollars finer--both at the MS66 level.(Registry values: P4, N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 255C, PCGS# 7196, GSID# 7504)
