1890-CC $1 MS64 PCGS. Enticing cartwheel luster graces the untoned surfaces of this well-preserved and boldly struck representative. Scattered abrasions limit the grade, but all are minor, and a couple of microscopic toning spots are noted. Despite a high mintage, the 1890-CC is less available in Choice Mint State than some of its Carson City dollar counterparts.(Registry values: P5, N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 255D, PCGS# 7198, GSID# 7560)
