Description

Frosty MS65+ 1891-CC Dollar

1891-CC $1 MS65+ PCGS. CAC. VAM-3. A Top 100 Variety. The so-called "Spitting Eagle" with a die lump beneath the beak. This VAM was well represented within the GSA holdings of '91-CC silver dollars. The present minimally toned Gem exhibits booming luster and impressively smooth surfaces. A good strike despite slight inexactness at the centers.(Registry values: P6, N2998)
