1891-O $1 MS64 NGC. Radiant cartwheel luster and a relative absence of contact make this an alluring and distraction-free example of this scarcer New Orleans issue. Despite the generous mintage, few examples are found in Gem condition, currently numbering only a few dozen pieces at both services combined, including resubmissions.
