Description
Desirable Gem 1892 Morgan Dollar
1892 $1 MS65 PCGS. VAM-3 with minor die doubling on the reverse legends. This is a pleasing Gem with vibrant luster and only a whisper of almond-gold toning. There are no abrasions of note on either side. The strike, while just a bit short of full, is remarkably strong for this strike rarity. Just two finer pieces have been certified by PCGS (2/10).Ex: Baltimore ANA Signature (Heritage, 8/2008), lot 2389, which realized $4,025.(Registry values: P6, N2998)
