Description

Difficult MS65 1892 Morgan Dollar

1892 $1 MS65 PCGS. This precisely struck Gem has pleasing preservation, dazzling luster, and only a wisp of sun-gold toning. Philadelphia struck at least 8.6 million silver dollars every year between 1878 and 1891, but a drop in the U.S. gold supply changed matters, and high mintages at the facility did not resume until 1896.
