    A Rarity This Fine With Prooflike Fields

    1892 $1 MS65 Prooflike PCGS. Both sides of this Gem 1892 dollar are prooflike, although they retain abundant cartwheel luster, which enlivens the brilliant, largely unabraded surfaces. There is a touch of softness on the eagle's breast and the hair above Liberty's ear, but the remainder of the strike is bold. Prooflike 1892 Morgans are rare in this grade, and none are graded higher. Population: 5 in 65 Prooflike, 0 finer; 6 in 65 Deep Mirror Prooflike, 0 finer (11/19).(Registry values: P6, N4719)
