Description

Smooth Near-Gem 1892-CC Dollar

1892-CC $1 MS64 PCGS. This better date Carson City dollar has dazzling luster and a good strike. Brilliant save for a blush of peach-gold along the upper right reverse margin. A die chip fills the lower opening of the 2 in the date, as often seen with this non-GSA issue. The fields are well preserved, while the cheek has faint grazes. Encapsulated in a first generation holder.(Registry values: P7, N1793)
