1892-O Morgan Dollar, MS65
Seldom Seen Finer
1892-O $1 MS65 PCGS. Just over 2.7 million 1892-O Morgans
were produced, a relatively sound mintage for the Southern mint,
but the issue is rarely encountered above Gem today. The
well-preserved surfaces of this MS65 are fully brilliant with rich,
frosty luster on virtually pristine devices. Another characteristic
of the 1892-O is soft strikes, and while this impressive Gem
exhibits generally sharp devices, the central areas are slightly
soft. PCGS shows only 15 numerically finer examples
