1892-S Morgan Dollar, AU53
Delicate Gold Toning
1892-S $1 AU53 NGC. A die crack slants down from the bust
tip through the 189 of the date on this example although that crack
is in a different position from the similarly placed die crack of
VAM-2 and VAM-7. The die crack may be a key to attribution at
VAMWorld.com. Attractive light gold toning is evident on both sides
of this lustrous light gray silver dollar.(Registry values: P8, N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 255P, PCGS# 7218, Greysheet# 7608)
