Description

Exceptional 1893-CC Dollar, MS63

1893-CC $1 MS63 PCGS. The 1893-CC dollar is usually weakly struck and heavily bagmarked. The Select offering presented here is a refreshing exception. The design features are well impressed, with good detail in the hair over Liberty's ear and on the eagle's breast feathers. Moreover, the grade-defining marks on Liberty's cheek and neck mostly take the form of light grazes. Lustrous surfaces are essentially untoned.(Registry values: P8, N2998)
