Description

Radiant Near-Gem 1893-CC Dollar

1893-CC $1 MS64 PCGS. The last-year Carson City Morgan dollar production was a measly 677,000 coins, and most of those survivors today suffer from bagmarks, other abrasions, or strike weakness that can vary from light to severe. This silver-white near-Gem has tinges of pinkish color that is extremely light, and there are only minor signs of contact, save for a single nick in the center of the eagle's breast. Radiant cartwheel luster completes an attractive package. PCGS has certified only 10 specimens finer (2/10).
