Description
1893-O Morgan Dollar, MS62
Strong Mint Luster
1893-O $1 MS62 NGC. The 1893-O has the lowest mintage of any
New Orleans Morgan dollar, at 300,000 pieces. Understandably,
attractive Mint State examples, like the present coin, are elusive.
The striking details are a little soft on Liberty's hair and the
eagle's breast, as often seen on this issue. Mint luster is strong,
and the surfaces are minimally abraded for the grade.(Registry values: P8, N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 255T, PCGS# 7224, GSID# 7612)
