Description
1893-S Dollar, Good 6
Original Surfaces
1893-S $1 Good 6 PCGS. An interesting wear pattern is
apparent on each side. The left side of the obverse and
corresponding area on the reverse rim show less definition,
suggesting the coin was struck from dies that were slightly out of
alignment. An interesting observation, but of more import on this
coin are the original, light gray surfaces with a trimming of
charcoal around the margins. A small planchet void on the jawline
of Liberty and a milling mark on the nose of Liberty are the only
marks of note.(Registry values: P10, N1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 255U, PCGS# 7226, GSID# 7614)
