1893-S $1 VF35 NGC. This Choice VF example has a pleasing appearance for the grade, and is free of any overtly distracting surface blemishes or abrasions. A couple of minor rim dings are noted on the reverse. The 1893-S Morgan dollar was destined to be an important key date, with its tiny mintage of 100,000 pieces, and many numismatists would gladly pay a premium price in order to own one.
