    Description

High Grade 1893-S Dollar, XF40 PCGS

1893-S $1 XF40 PCGS. A legendary rarity among Morgan Dollars, the 1893-S combines a limited mintage of 100,000 pieces with extensive circulation and widespread melting. This is an evenly circulated example whose surfaces display light wear overall. There are a few scattered abrasions on both sides, none of which are worthy of individual concern. With slightly muted silver-gray surfaces, this coin would grace any Morgan Dollar collection with its presence.(#7226) (Registry values: P10, N2998)
