Description

1894 $1 AU55 PCGS. The 1894 has the lowest mintage of all Philadelphia issues, aside from the proof-only 1895. The present untoned example has virtually complete mint luster, and the absence of noticeable marks ensures the eye appeal. The upper reverse legends are minutely die doubled, as usually seen on quality examples of this desirable date.(Registry values: P8, N991)
