Scarce 1895-O Dollar, AU58
1895-O $1 AU58 NGC. The 1895-O ranks as a scarce date with a relatively low mintage of 450,000 pieces. While challenging in all grades, the '95-O is particularly difficult to locate in Mint State, which makes this high-end AU an especially good value for the collector. A touch of delicate rose toning near the rims adds color to this mostly silver-gray representative. Several light abrasions do not distract, and the reverse is quite stunning.
