Desirable Near-Mint 1895-O Morgan Dollar
1895-O $1 AU58 NGC. This New Orleans Mint issue had a low mintage of 450,000 coins, assuring its status as a desirable and highly coveted date in the Morgan dollar series. Survivors are scarce enough at the current grade level, but Mint State specimens are especially dear. This example is satiny and essentially untoned, with minimal highpoint wear and a few small abrasions on each side.
