Charming 1895-S Dollar, MS61
1895-S $1 MS61 NGC. A pleasing example of this scarce issue. Impressive cartwheel luster shines beneath the peppered red and purple toning that graces both sides. The strike is sharp save for the usual softness on the hair above Liberty's ear. A few tiny marks are visible on each side, but overall this piece appears above-average for the grade.From The Thrifty Scot Collection.(Registry values: P8, N1793)
