Sharp, Lustrous 1895-S Select Dollar
1895-S $1 MS63 NGC. Splashes of peripheral golden-tan, reddish-gold, and sky-blue patina are more prevalent and deeper in shade on the reverse of this lustrous Select specimen. The strike is sharp, save for minor softness in the obverse center. Minute marks limit the grade, but they are less extensive and severe than ordinarily encountered on this issue.(Registry values: P8, N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 255Z, PCGS# 7238, GSID# 7622)
